In one part of the text they refer to these monoliners as insurers that only take on credit risk and as this maybe one of the causes of the crisis
Later on we attack the problem of credit rating agencies and that they have to have tougher regulation. In there we also remark that we only have 4 big ones and that we maybe have to break that monopoly. They say, maybe we can ask that to credit insurers, because they are used to rate this.
My question with this? Doesn't this include a possible reason for a next crisis?
